Clayton De Fur is the Executive Director of the Herbert Simon Family Foundation where he oversees long-term strategy, leads the staff team, facilitates the competitive grants process, and discretionary giving of individual Simon family members. Clayton has supported the foundation and Simon family since 2017 and had led this work since 2020. He lives in Speedway, IN with his wife and three young children.
