The Indiana Innocence Project will host a discussion on Tuesday, Oct. 7 from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. at IU Maurer School of Law as part of Wrongful Conviction Day, observed annually on October 2 to raise awareness of the causes, impact, and necessity of wrongful conviction cases. Our panel includes INIP’s legal and board leadership and Molly Crow, Major Felony Supervisor at the Marion County Public Defender Agency. Co-hosted by IU’s American Constitutional Society and Criminal Law Society, the session will explore how wrongful convictions happen and what we can do to prevent them.
