Mark is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in hospital, physician group, and ambulatory healthcare operations. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions focused on financial management, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Now retired, Mark previously served many years as Chief Financial Officer for Franciscan Health Physician Network, Accountable Care Organization, and Ambulatory Services where he provided financial leadership for a broad range of healthcare delivery and population health initiatives. Prior to Franciscan Health, Mark served as Chief Operating Officer of a multi-specialty physician group exceeding 100 providers, overseeing numerous ventures, operations, physician practice management, and organizational performance.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mark is a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and holds several certifications through the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).

Mark is a proud graduate of Ball State University with accounting and mathematics degrees.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mark is an avid runner. He enjoys home projects, traveling, and active involvement and service in his parish. Mark and his wife, Alice, have two daughters.
